I'noli Hall, youth pastor 

I'noli Hall is the executive pastor and youth pastor at CSIC. Having ministered to college students and at-risk youth in New England and South America for three years, Pastor I'noli passionately helps young people discover their identities in Christ. As the executive pastor, he manages the finances of the church and streamlines the church's operations. He envisions a thriving local church that overcomes barriers to success through sleek infrastructure. As the youth pastor, he aspires to create strong disciples who know the Father, love Jesus, and walk in the Holy Spirit. I'noli graduated from Yale University with a bachelor of arts in music.


Corey Smith, instructor

Corey Smith disciples our youth in the Word of God. He loves working with youth of all ages and especially likes to see their relationship with the Lord strengthened through fellowship. Corey also hosts a Christian podcast called Beyond Limits with his good friend, Paul Armstrong. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Dyani, being outdoors, and engaging in physical fitness. Corey is a full-time police officer for the city of Greenville, NC.


Cassandra Phillips,
girls group pastor

Pastor Cassandra brings tender care and godly wisdom to our teenage girls. Raised as a missionary in Ghana, she carries extensive ministry experience. Cassandra creatively disciples our girls through weekly meetings and distance communication. She and her husband Josh have three beautiful children.


Portia Combo,
student success

A business administration teacher at Hertford County High School, Portia Combo knows how to help students succeed. Through weekly assignments, learning games, and fun events, Portia helps students learn while building community.


Meghan White
fine arts coordinator

Meghan White discovers, develops, and deploys the talents of our young people to share the gospel. Having participated in the vibrant scene of the Assemblies of God fine arts program for two years, Meghan brings creativity and inspiration to the development of our local program. She and her husband Doug have two beautiful girls who are active in the world of dance, gymnastics, cheerleading, drama, and the arts. Meghan is a registered nurse at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital.


Patricia Holland,
admin & media consultant

Patricia Holland is the creative mind behind the madness. Although a creative at heart, Patricia spends her days helping students and parents navigate the world that is financial aid at Chowan University. Patricia received her bachelor of science in criminal justice.
