Pastors Wallace and Joy Phillips have spent decades pouring into the lives of people from all walks of life. Their ministry is marked by a deep desire to equip and build others up to go after God despite circumstances. They have served CSIC in Ahoskie, NC for over 25 years.

Pastor Wallace is an executive presbyter of the Assemblies of God, a certified life coach with the Church Multiplication Network, and founder and president of Barnabas21, Inc. – a ministry to those who serve in Christian leadership. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC and Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL. He earned his Doctor of Ministry degree from Omega Seminary in Monroe, LA.

Their union has produced three children, Joshua (Cassandra), Abigail (Jeremy), and Zach.
